- How is the dose per drop controlled?
- Drop size depends on the liquid’s thickness and the dropper. We measure it for your formula and pack, then state the dose per drop and drops per day on the label.
- Oil or water base?
- Fat-soluble vitamins such as D3 and K2 are usually carried in oil. Water-soluble actives and most botanicals go into a water or glycerine base. We recommend the base during formulation.
- Can tinctures be alcohol-free?
- Yes. Glycerine-based extracts give an alcohol-free tincture, which suits children’s and family ranges.
- Do drops need a child-resistant cap?
- It depends on the formula and the market. We advise per product and can fit a child-resistant closure where it is needed.
- When can production start?
- The Vita Liquids line opens for production in 2027. You can reserve a slot now: we develop the formula and samples beforehand, so your first batch can run as soon as the line opens.
- What is the minimum order?
- It is set per product by the bottle or pack, the closure and the formula, and confirmed in your quote. Tell us the quantity you expect and we will say what is possible.
