How we handle your details
We collect only what you send us through the quote and sample forms or by email, and use it to answer your request. We set no tracking cookies and use no advertising or analytics tools on this site.

What we collect
From the forms: your name, company, work email, phone number if you add it, the country you sell in, the formats and product you are interested in, quantities, timing and any message. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address combined with the date, which cannot be turned back into the address. It is used only to stop repeated automated submissions.
Why, and on what legal basis
To answer your request and prepare a quote or a sample: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). To protect the forms from abuse: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where it is stored and who sees it
Form submissions are stored in a database operated for us by Cloudflare, Inc., in its EU jurisdiction, and read only by our team. We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we enter into a contract, in which case contract and accounting retention rules apply.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Write to info@vitaliquids.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
